February 13, 2008 - Alabama traded Jason Frasor to Harlem for the Heat's 5th pick of 2010 draft.
b. February 13, 2008 - Alabama traded Shin-Soo Choo and Jeff Fiorentino to Durham for the Devils' 6th pick of the 2009 and 5th pick of the 2010 draft.
c. March 1, 2008 - Vermont traded Tom Gordon to Harlem for the Heat's 6th pick of the 2010.
d. November 22, 2008 - Charleston traded Jorge Cantu, Shin-Soo Choo, Roy Halladay, its 7th round (49th overall) pick of the 2009 draft, its 7th round pick of the 2010 draft, a player to be named later in 2009 (Player A) and a player to be named later in 2010 (Player B) to Key West  for Scott Kazmir, Cameron Maybin, Al Reyes, the JayHawks' 1st round (3rd overall) pick of the 2009 draft, a player to be named in 2009 (Player C) and a player to be named in 2010 (Player D).  After the 2009 draft, Charleston will trade the rights to a non-card prospect (Player A) to Key West.  The JayHawks will protect Player A on its 35-man roster and will traded him back to Charleston after Game 1 of the 2009 season as Player C.  After the 2010 draft, Charleston will trade the rights of a non-card prospect (Player B) to Key West.  The JayHawks will protect Player B on its 35-man roster, and will traded him back to Charleston after Game 1 of the 2010 season as Player D.
e. November 23, 2008 - Alabama traded Brandon Inge to Key West for the JayHawks' 3rd round pick of the 2010 draft.
f. December 10, 2008 - Alabama traded John Maine and Placido Polanco to Charleston for Delmon Young and the Charlies' lowest 3rd round pick of the 2010 draft.
g. December 14, 2008 - Harlem traded David Ortiz, its non-card selection in the 2010 draft and its 4th round (from Charleston) pick of the 2011 draft to Charleston for Phillip Hughes, Placido Polanco, the Charlies' 4th round (27th overall from Harlem) pick of the 2009 draft, and a player to be named in 2010.  The Heat will protect a non-carded player on its 2010 roster and send him to Charleston after Game 1.  The Charlies will release a player for its original 35-man roster after receiving the non-carded player from Harlem in 2010.  The released player will be added to the Heat's roster as the player to be named later.
h. December 17, 2008 - Alabama traded its 1st round (7th overall) pick of the 2009 draft to Harlem for the Heat's 1st round pick of the 2010 draft and the Heat's 5th pick of the 2011 draft if Harlem makes the playoffs in 2009 or the Heat's 6th pick of the 2011 draft if Harlem does not make the playoffs in 2009.
i. February 10, 2009 - Cape Canaveral traded its 5th round pick of the 2010 draft to Tampa to Chris Tillman.
j. February 12, 2009 - Charleston traded Jake Westbrook to Cape Canaveral for the Rockets' 12th round or last pick of the 2010 draft.
k. February 19, 2009 - Charleston traded Scott Kazmir to Cape Canaveral for the Rockets' 1st round pick of the 2010 draft, the Rockets' prospect (non-card) pick of the 2010 draft and the Rockets' 2nd round pick of the 2011 draft.
